Is it safe for me to give my details on your website?

Payment method is Paypal which means you can shop safely using your usual credit or debit cards without sharing your sensitive financial information with sellers. Your privacy is also safeguarded. PayPal Buyer Protection provides purchase protection for buyers and helps buyers recover funds from sellers who do not deliver the promised goods, or who deliver goods that are significantly not as described in the listing. It is free to sign up for a PayPal account and to send money.

How do I order if I do not want to order over the internet?
If you do not wish to order over the internet, you may view the quilts (no obligation to buy) and buy in person. Payment can be made by cheque or cash. Please fill in the ‘Contact us’ form on the website and we will contact you and arrange for you to visit us and browse at your convenience.

How soon will I receive my order?
We understand that customers who purchase over the internet want to receive their product as soon as possible. This is the reason that we ship our orders generally within 48hrs of being received. You should receive your order within 10 business days.

What are my warranties?
We have a 10 day satisfaction guaranteed warranty that the quilt can be returned in "original condition" for a refund so our customers can have the utmost confidence in buying from us.

If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge, provided you contact us within 10 days of receipt.

Please note that due to the use of hand block printing and vegetable dyes, our fabrics have natural variations of hues and patterns. These add to the inherent beauty and uniqueness of each quilt. The quilts using vegetable dyes fade naturally over time due to the absence of chemicals to set the dyes.

Can the quilts be machine washed?
Yes, they can. For best results, wash them rolled up on a delicate setting. Tumble dry rolled up or dry flat. Incredibly, the soft cotton voile fabric gets softer with each wash. Please note that quilts using vegetable dyes fade naturally over time due to the absence of chemicals to set the dyes. Some people prefer to dry clean them to minimize fading.
